We proudly partner with a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment service to deliver our products — including t-shirts, tote bags, mugs, journals, and other custom items — directly to your door. This allows us to minimize waste, support ethical production, and offer a broader selection of made-to-order goods.
Where We Ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout. If you don’t see your country listed, please contact us at social@pecantreebooks.com.
Fulfillment & Processing Time
Because our products are made to order:
- Standard Fulfillment Time: 5–7 business days
- Apparel & Accessories: 5–7 business days
- Home & Lifestyle Products: 5–9 business days
Fulfillment begins after your order is placed and paid in full. This processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)
- U.S.: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Note: Orders may ship from the U.S., Mexico, or European facilities depending on your location and product type.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the product weight/dimensions. Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping promotions — join our list to stay updated.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Because most of our items are made to order through Printful, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Return Eligibility
You may request a replacement or refund for the following:
- Damaged or misprinted items
- Incorrect items shipped
- Items lost in transit (after confirmation)
All requests must be made within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos.
Non-Returnable Items
- All made-to-order products
- Apparel due to sizing or fit issues
- Items returned without prior contact
- Gift cards or digital products
- Custom-designed or personalized products
How to Request a Replacement or Refund

within 5 days of receipt. - Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost, or a refund as appropriate.
Sizing Issues
We do not refund or replace orders due to incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guides before placing your order. If you are unsure, reach out — we're happy to help.
PRODUCT QUALITY & CRAFTSMANSHIP POLICY

Your products are made with care through Printful’s eco-conscious and ethical print-on-demand manufacturing system. Every item is printed, stitched, or embroidered after your order is placed — never mass-produced, never warehoused.
Apparel & Accessories
- Printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) techniques
- Products may vary slightly in placement or tone due to manual handling
- Fabric blend and fit are listed in each product description
- Please follow care instructions to extend the life of your garment
Housewares, Mugs & Journals
- Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe unless noted otherwise
- Journals are durable with quality binding and lined pages
- Variations in color or finish may occur due to monitor settings and production differences
Print-On-Demand Variability
All items are made individually. Minor differences in color, size, or placement may occur and are not considered defects. These variations are a hallmark of made-to-order craftsmanship.
Quality Assurance
While we cannot pre-inspect every item, Printful performs multi-step quality checks throughout the fulfillment process. If you receive a product with a printing flaw, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, we will address it immediately.
